What Playform Does

Playform helps YouTube creators understand their channel performance through analytics dashboards, insights, prediction tools, and creator workflow features.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and how you can control your data.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Playform, we may collect the following information.

Account information

• Name
• Email address
• Google account profile information used for sign-in

YouTube channel information

• Channel ID
• Channel title
• Video titles
• Video IDs
• Publish dates
• Video duration
• Thumbnail URLs
• Public and private channel analytics made available through YouTube APIs after you grant permission

YouTube analytics information

• Views
• Watch time
• Average view duration
• Average view percentage
• Audience geography
• Device type
• Age and gender breakdowns
• Traffic sources
• Revenue/RPM data only if you grant monetary analytics access and your channel has access to that data

Flux and product usage information

• Messages or prompts submitted to Flux
• Responses generated by Flux
• Dashboard interactions and feature usage
• Feedback, errors, and support-related information

Technical information

• Login/session information
• App usage information
• Error logs needed to maintain and improve the service

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Let you sign in to Playform
• Connect your YouTube channel
• Show dashboards and analytics
• Generate insights about channel performance
• Help identify patterns in videos
• Support prediction, analysis, and creator workflow features
• Provide Flux chat and analysis features
• Debug errors and improve the product
• Maintain account security

3. Google and YouTube Data

Playform uses Google OAuth and YouTube APIs only after you grant permission.

Playform may request read access to:

• Your YouTube account/channel information
• Your YouTube Analytics reports
• Your YouTube monetary analytics reports, if enabled

Playform only uses this data to provide analytics, insights, dashboards, predictions, Flux analysis, and creator tools inside Playform.

Playform's access to Google and YouTube data is read-only. Playform does not use YouTube data to create, upload, edit, delete, or modify videos, playlists, comments, captions, channel settings, or any other content on your YouTube channel.

Playform does not sell Google user data and does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve Playform's user-facing features, comply with applicable law, protect users, or with your explicit permission.

Playform does not use Google user data for advertising, targeted advertising, retargeting, personalized advertising, interest-based advertising, credit-worthiness, lending, selling to data brokers, or providing data to information resellers.

Playform does not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI models.

Flux may use submitted prompts, visible conversation messages, connected channel data, and analytics only to provide Playform's user-facing analysis, dashboard, prediction, and creator-assistance features. Flux outputs are used to respond to your request inside Playform and to improve Playform's user-facing functionality. Playform does not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI models.

Playform's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Storage and Security

Playform stores account, channel, analytics, and product usage data in its database so dashboards, insights, and Flux features can be loaded when you return.

Playform takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational steps to protect data. These steps include HTTPS in transit, secure authentication, access controls, and limiting access to authorized systems and personnel.

5. Sharing Your Information

Playform does not sell your personal information.

Playform may share limited information only as necessary to:

• Operate Playform
• Provide infrastructure, hosting, database, authentication, analytics, security, and support services
• Comply with legal obligations
• Protect Playform, users, or the public
• Support features you choose to use

Service providers may include hosting, database, authentication, analytics, security, monitoring, and support providers. These providers may process data only as needed to provide services to Playform and are not permitted to sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

6. Your Choices

You can revoke Playform's access to your Google/YouTube account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

Revoking Google access may stop future data syncing, but it may not automatically delete data already stored in Playform. To delete stored Playform data, contact us at michael.sean.allan@gmail.com.

You can request deletion of your Playform account, Flux conversation history, or connected YouTube data by contacting michael.sean.allan@gmail.com.

7. Retention and Deletion

Playform retains Google/YouTube data only as long as needed to provide Playform services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support legitimate business operations.

When data is no longer needed, or when deletion is requested, Playform will delete or de-identify it unless retention is legally required or needed for legitimate security or business purposes.

Playform will take reasonable steps to delete account data and connected YouTube data from Playform after a deletion request.

After receiving a deletion request, Playform will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify the requested account data and connected YouTube data, generally within 30 days, unless retention is legally required or needed for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or backup purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

Playform is not intended for children under 13.

Playform does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

Playform may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If material changes are made, Playform will update the Last updated date.
