By accessing or using the Playform platform at app.playform.social ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Playform ("Playform," "we," "us," or "our").
Playform provides a video analytics and content ideation platform for YouTube creators. The Service reads your channel's historical YouTube data (with your authorization) and displays channel and video analytics. Playform uses automated analytics, artificial-intelligence systems, and machine-learning models—including predictive models and large language models—to provide comparisons, predictions, labels, explanations, and recommendations. This includes allowing you to compare groups of videos head-to-head by title keywords, thumbnail signals, and video features using automated analytics and comparisons, using creator-specific machine-learning prediction models to estimate the performance of future videos based on inputs you provide (such as title, thumbnail, duration, and publish date and time), and using AI-assisted analytics to label video components (such as hooks, pacing, and calls to action) that support those predictions. The Service also includes Flux, an AI chat and analysis assistant that uses large language models to respond to your prompts using your connected channel data. Predictions, comparisons, labels, Flux outputs, and analytics are provided for informational purposes only.
The Service uses YouTube API Services to access your channel and video data. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
You may revoke Playform's access to your YouTube and Google account data at any time via the Google security settings page. Revoking access may limit or disable core features of the Service.
Our collection, storage, and use of data obtained through YouTube API Services is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your YouTube data to third parties.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and have a valid YouTube/Google account to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Use of the Service requires an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at info@playform.social.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data compilations, analytics, prediction models, machine learning systems, and software, are the exclusive property of Playform or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own content planning and channel management purposes.
You retain all rights to your YouTube channel, videos, titles, and thumbnails. By connecting your channel or uploading content (such as thumbnails for analysis), you grant Playform a limited license to process, analyze, store, and display that content and data solely to provide and improve the Service, as further described in our Privacy Policy. To provide and personalize the Service, Playform may use data that you provide or authorize us to access to train, test, evaluate, and operate machine-learning models for your account or connected channel.
THE SERVICE'S PREDICTIONS, FORECASTS, COMPARISONS, SCORES, LABELS, AND ANALYTICS ARE GENERATED BY MACHINE LEARNING MODELS, ARTIFICIAL-INTELLIGENCE SYSTEMS, AND STATISTICAL METHODS AND ARE ESTIMATES ONLY. PREDICTIONS, ESTIMATES, CLASSIFICATIONS, LABELS, RECOMMENDATIONS, AND AI-GENERATED RESPONSES ARE INFORMATIONAL AND EXPERIMENTAL. THEY MAY BE INCOMPLETE, INACCURATE, OR AFFECTED BY LIMITED OR CHANGING DATA, AND THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE PERFORMANCE. ACTUAL VIDEO PERFORMANCE DEPENDS ON MANY FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL, INCLUDING YOUTUBE'S RECOMMENDATION SYSTEMS, AUDIENCE BEHAVIOR, AND PLATFORM CHANGES. PLAYFORM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT ANY PREDICTION, RANGE, LABEL, OR METRIC WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ACHIEVED.
Outputs of our artificial-intelligence and machine-learning systems—including predictions and labels generated by our machine-learning models and responses generated by Flux using large language models—may contain errors, may be based on incomplete or outdated data, and may not reflect current YouTube platform behavior. Any stated accuracy figures reflect historical testing and are not a guarantee of future accuracy.
The Service does not provide business, financial, or professional advice. Decisions about what content to create, when to publish, and how to run your channel or business are yours alone.
PLAYFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, LOST REVENUE, LOST VIEWS, OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY PREDICTION, COMPARISON, STATISTIC, OR ANALYTIC PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH USE OF OR RELIANCE ON SERVICE OUTPUTS.
The Service depends on YouTube API Services and other Google services. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of YouTube or Google, including changes to their APIs, data, policies, or recommendation systems that may affect the Service or its predictions. Your use of YouTube is governed by YouTube's own terms and policies.
The Service may incorporate category, benchmark, or other data sourced from third parties. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.
Some Service features, including Flux and AI-assisted labeling, use third-party AI infrastructure providers to process the data needed to generate the requested output (such as channel analytics, video titles, labels, and your prompts). This processing is described further in our Privacy Policy.
Playform is not responsible for how you choose to share, distribute, publish, or use data, predictions, or reports generated by or exported from the Service. Any decision to share Service-generated content with third parties, including on social media, with sponsors or networks, or in any commercial context, is made solely at your own risk and discretion.
PLAYFORM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY HARM, LOSS, LEGAL CLAIM, OR REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR SHARING, PUBLISHING, OR COMMERCIALIZATION OF DATA OR PREDICTIONS DERIVED FROM THE SERVICE, INCLUDING DISPUTES WITH THIRD PARTIES (SUCH AS SPONSORS, ADVERTISERS, OR NETWORKS) THAT RELY ON SHARED SERVICE OUTPUTS.
You may not sell, license, or commercially distribute data, predictions, reports, or analytics generated from the Service without the express prior written consent of Playform. Any such use without authorization is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
The Service may offer paid subscription plans or one-time purchases. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorize Playform to charge the applicable fees to your payment method via Stripe. Playform does not store your full credit card or banking details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their Privacy Policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.
ALL PURCHASES MADE THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, credit, or exchange under any circumstances, except at the sole and absolute discretion of Playform.
Playform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis. The issuance of a refund in any one instance does not obligate us to issue a refund in any future instance or to any other user. Refund requests may be submitted to info@playform.social and will be reviewed at our discretion.
If you cancel a subscription, your access to paid features will continue through the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for any unused portion of a billing cycle.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting Playform at info@playform.social may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. Playform reserves the right to contest any chargeback and to pursue recovery of disputed amounts to the fullest extent permitted by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS. PLAYFORM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT PREDICTIONS OR DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, THAT ACCESS TO YOUTUBE API SERVICES WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLAYFORM AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY PREDICTION OR SERVICE DATA, OR YOUR SHARING OR DISTRIBUTION OF SERVICE-GENERATED CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PLAYFORM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Playform and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms or the YouTube Terms of Service; (c) your infringement of any third-party rights; (d) your connection of a channel or submission of content you are not authorized to use; or (e) your sharing, distribution, or commercialization of any data, predictions, or content obtained from the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
